Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened

The product must be in its original packaging

The seal must be intact

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Important Notes:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Herbaljourney reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.

If your return is approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time is 7 to 10 business days

Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the product

Images of the packaging

Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the product

Store credit (valid for 90 days)

Refund to the original payment method

The resolution will be provided after internal review and approval.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is shipped:

It cannot be canceled

It cannot be modified

To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

Used products

Products without original packaging

Items purchased under clearance or special discount (unless damaged)
